Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return for an exchange, or refund. You must contact us prior to returning the item. Communication can very often solve the problem. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Exchanges may be done for items similar in price. If chosen item is higher in price, you will be billed for the difference, if lower in price a refund will be issued.

NOTE: Only one refund/exchange is permitted per order

All merchandise is Guaranteed against flaws in workmanship under normal wear and tear. We will not repair or replace or exchange items that have been damaged due to abuse or unreasonable use.



Returning/Exchanging Instructions:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.

Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and be in the gift box it came in. When you return an item, most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may do this on the packing slip or enclose a sperate note.

Make sure package is safely and securely prepared for shipping. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If your returning for credit and you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement or your PayPal account. If you paid by Money Order you will receive a refund Money Order by mail.
